Warranty Limitation

Drain cleaning services are intended to restore flow but do not guarantee permanent resolution. Recurring blockages caused by grease, roots, collapsed lines, or structural defects are not covered under service warranty.

Root Intrusion Clause

Root intrusion indicates structural compromise in the sewer line. Cleaning roots does not repair the pipe. Permanent repair requires excavation or pipe replacement or relining.

Camera Inspection Disclaimer

Camera inspections provide a visual assessment but may not detect all defects, especially in lines containing standing water, heavy buildup, or offsets.

Property Damage Risk

Sewer and drain work may involve risk of minor property disturbance. Company is not responsible for damage to concealed pipes, fragile plumbing, landscaping, flooring, or structures not visible prior to work.

Hydro Jetting Risk Clause

Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water and may expose pre-existing pipe weaknesses including cracks, offsets, or collapses. Customer acknowledges these risks prior to service.

Liability Limit

Company liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages including water damage or loss of use.
