1. Services

We provide high-pressure hydro jetting, sewer line cleaning, drain jetting, grease trap pumping, sump pump service, and root removal. Our team works on residential and commercial properties across North New Jersey.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Pricing on this website is a general reference, not a final number. We confirm the actual cost after an in-person or camera-based inspection, and we give you a flat rate before any work starts. If a job turns out to be more extensive than expected after our technician inspects the pipe, the quote can change to reflect that.

3. Scheduling, Response Times, and Cancellations

Our average response time runs around 30 minutes, but that’s a target, not a promise for every single call. Traffic, weather, and how many jobs we’re already handling can push that time out.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as you can. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee, which we’ll always tell you about upfront before it applies.

4. Stays Clear Assurity

If we hydro jet a line and verify it with a camera, we back that work with our Stays Clear surety for a set period following the service. We’ll confirm the exact guarantee period and terms with you in writing at the time of service.

5. Payment

Pay us once the work is done, unless we’ve agreed to something different in writing beforehand. We don’t take card payments through this website. Payment should be made directly to your technician or through our office.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the issue whenever possible. Let us know about any hazards on-site, structural, electrical, or otherwise, before we start. If conditions aren’t safe for our team, we can decline or postpone the job.

If a hazard or property condition you didn’t tell us about causes damage or delay, you agree that Hydro Jetting Service NJ isn’t responsible for that outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages tied to using this website or to delays outside our control, as far as the law allows. This doesn’t override any liability North New Jersey law says can’t be waived.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website, text, images, logos, and graphics, belongs to Hydro Jetting Service NJ or our licensors. Don’t copy or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Sometimes we link out to other sites, like county or government pages, for relevant information. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.

10. Resolving Disputes

If an issue comes up, reach out to us first and give us a chance to make it right. Most concerns get resolved this way without needing anything formal.

If a dispute can’t be resolved directly, New Jersey law governs these terms, and any formal disputes will be handled in the courts of New Jersey.

11. General Terms

These terms represent the full agreement between you and Hydro Jetting Service NJ regarding use of this website and our services. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still stands. If we don’t enforce a term on one occasion, that doesn’t mean we give up the right to enforce it later.

12. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms whenever we need to. Check the date at the top for the latest version. If you keep using the website after we post a change, that means you’ve accepted it.
