Hydro Jetting Service NJ respects your privacy. Here’s what we collect through the website, what we do with it, and what choices you’ve got.
When you request a quote or fill out our contact form, we get your name, phone number, email, and property address. You might also tell us about the plumbing or drain problem you’re dealing with, whether that’s through the form, a call, or a text.
Some information gets picked up automatically, too. Things like your IP address, browser, device type, and which pages you visited. We use standard analytics tools for that, Google Analytics being the main one. If we’re running ad campaigns through Google Ads or Meta, cookies help us see how those are performing.
One thing we don’t collect: payment card details. That part happens directly between you and your technician or our office, not through this site.
Mostly, we use this to get back to you about your quote and get a job scheduled. Sometimes it’s a follow-up about an appointment or an invoice. We also analyze website traffic to improve our website and services. We may also use your information to comply with legal or licensing requirements.
We’re not in the business of selling your information. There are a few situations where it gets shared though. We use a CRM system to manage scheduling, quotes, and customer communication, and your information is stored there. Our scheduling software, hosting provider, and ad platforms sometimes need access to do their job. If a government agency requires it by law, we’ll comply. And if the business ever changes hands, whoever takes over would get this information too.
If you contact us by text or agree to receive texts from us, we use that number to follow up about quotes, scheduling, or your service. We don’t sell your phone number, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or reach out to us directly.
Cookies on this site help with basic functions, remembering preferences, that kind of thing, and they support any ad campaigns we’re running. Turn them off in your browser if you want. Just know some parts of the site might not work quite right afterward.
Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
This website is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under your state’s privacy laws. If you have questions about rights that apply to you, contact us and we’ll help however we can.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Want to know what we’ve got on file for you? Ask. You may also request that your information be corrected or deleted. We can do that too, within whatever limits the law puts on records we’re required to keep. Getting too many marketing messages? Reply and tell us to stop, or reach out directly.
We do what we reasonably can to protect your information. No site or storage system is airtight, though, so we can’t promise perfect security.
You’ll sometimes find links to other sites here, county government pages, or review platforms, for example. Once you click over, their privacy practices are on them, not us.
This policy might get updated from time to time. Check the date at the top for the latest version. If you keep using the site after we post changes, that means you’re okay with the updated policy.
